Our Quality Management System (QMS)
As Benguae Clinical Diagnostics, we have established a quality management system that is described in our Quality Manual and continues to improve its effectiveness by evaluations through an internal and external audits and quality improvement activities.
The Quality Manual includes policies and procedures required to ensure the effective working of the laboratory are identified. Quality management System (QMS) according to ISO standards is an organizational system that is well integrated and consolidated in the business structure, the primary purpose of which is to guarantee the complete satisfaction of every person who uses our services.
